My eldest son has got a christmas party to go to at school next week.
Its fancy dress, and the theme is to dress in something that starts with the same letter as the surname of his teacher, so he had to pick something to go as begining with W.
People in his class are going as allsorts like...washing machine...wardrobe....waldo....wellington boot
Anyways, Nathan decided he wanted to be a warrior....
the character hes chose to go as is altair in assassins creed.....not much difference i spose between assassin and warrior, teachers arent to know lol
So..i go through the charity shops today to find odd bits and bobs to make him a costume...picking up some awesome clothes i can adapt really well to make it. I found loads of stuf, was well chuffed!
I then stop and think, oh god this is gonna cost stupidly just for clothes to rip up....tons of clothes and things hanging off my arm....im cossing and cursing the school in my head.....i totted it to come up to about £10....which is silly to spend when theyre gonna be snipped away at in a few hours.....i got talking to the lady behind the counter as she was bagging them all up, telling her what all the clothes and stuff were for....and bless her she only charged me £2. and then she threw in some cotton reels for me too for free.
How lovely is that.
Im now going to have a big clearout and take all the things i dont need anymore to them this weekend. Kids can get rid of some toys for the charity shop too, as they will be having loads of new ones for xmas.
But yeah, this costume is gonna take me ages to make, im eager and excited too, i love doing stuff like this.
Ill see if nathan will give us all an altair pose when its done and ill post it up :D
hehe good luck with the costume!

When i was in spain, we saw loads of people in fancy dress on stag nights etc...the best one i saw was about 50 men....at least....all dressed in black and white stripes as prison escapees.
Looked awesome with there being so many of them haha

I think what SWAT means is that you always say it.
Every joke you always end with j/k. I think it's funnier not to say it...
Just be like, lol at you because you're stupidly over obsessive... I'm not kidding...
Then that gets people thinking!
