I had that same problem too, it was fine until I added a sig, then it got stuck.

I'm wondering, are you using Vista?

I'm not sure, I have the same problems as you, although I'm using Vista, I thought that might have been the problem..

your sig rotates for me, maybe it has to do with your PC's cookies or something that it doesnt rotate for you (as if you never left the site)
