It was my birthday on Wednesday and the first thing i did was going into the city and apply to change my name.
So heres the long story.
My parents split when i was like 1 years old and i have never seen my 'father'.
No phone calls, no visits, no presents and worst of all, no child support.
When i applied a couple of years ago to get my passport to travel to italy, he refused to sign. My mum had to blackmail him into signing. But my mum could not find a way to get him to sign the papers so my brother and i could change our name.
For about 10 years now i have wanted to get rid of his name, my last name, Lowley.
My brother turned 18 2 years back so my mum and him went and changed their names from Lowley to my mothers maiden name, McMahon, which the rest of my family is known by.
I have always been a McMahon at heart, but now finally after 18 long years, i am legally Braiden John McMahon. I went into the city on my birthday, spent $200 and changed my name. The forms came in today, and now im legally McMahon.
Feels So good :D
