New linking rules and changes to be made

Id like to make you all aware of the new rules regarding links

Also, i will soon be making a few changes to the layout of the forum.

So please bear with me as i am doing this.

Many people have suggested that it be shortened, so this is what i hope to achieve. All posts will remain but certain parts of the forum will be merged with others etc.

I am looking to make it look, clean, fresh and simple to navigate around.
