New Rules on Donations for Requests

As the forum is getting so much busier, its getting harder for me to keep up lol.

So ive made a change to the way the donating for requests will occur.

As from now...

Every weekend, i would like you all to pm me with the amount of points i owe for the requests you have fulfilled. I trust you all enough to know you wouldnt do me out of points hehe.

If you cant manage the weekend, then as long as its once a week, thats fine.

Here is a reminder of the points you will recieve per request or tut made...

100 points per userbar made
100 points per signature made
100 points per avatar/logo/other made
200 points per banner made
200 points per wallpaper made
200 points per tutorial made
zero points per edit of requests

Please be aware that i do not donate points for requests edited

yes hun, id prefer weekend as a whole, but if anyone cant be on the weekends, then any day is fine, as long as people try and do it just once a week :D

It doesn't really matter storm, no ones going to rip noobie, and even if they do, which i don't beleive they will, it will only be like 100 or 200 points.

The point of this was to take pressure off noobie, if people have done like 10 requests, she is just wasting her time opening up ten threads just to see if you actually did it.

i think noobie should be getting more help as in someone helping her with the donations its not fare that she has to do all the work round here for free storms idea is good, but i say lets go 1 more than that and get someone else to help her with donations

We can help her by not actually caring about our points. I seriously don't know why any of you pm'ed noobie asking for points. Its not like your running out of points, its not like you have to pay your signaturebar.com rent with these points, most of us have a custom title, if not enough points for one, and enough points to buy sigs with.

its not rule for 1 and then another rule for someone else we get the points for making a effort for the sigs and i dont about u but when i make a requests its nice to get some points, and when people who r new on here make sigs and they dont get points how are they supposed get a custom title etc think about it a little more hone :) u nutter haha

You get points for requests now, you don't need to hound on noobie to get you some when she has been away dealing with her own problems.
Im sure 400-1400 varying on people points will really impact anyone at all.

ok very good discussion here well i have to say i agree with both of you very much guys but as Bingobango said it is a rule of the site it works both ways for the whole site bc u do a request so you get payed its like a job Hone as for a helper for noobie that would be great i think but also that person would need a great deal of points or to be a moderator or something and as for Hone not thinking we need to have points i disagree if you don't want to get points from doing requests then fine but also i think you said that we shouldn't tell noobie about her not paying us for the requests we for fill that's i a good idea and bad idea at the same time bc if we didn't how would we get our reward for making a sig for someone using our spare time doing something where not gonna get some kind of reward for but the requester will they get a sig without noobie knowing that we for filled a request we wouldn't get anything most of the requesters don't even say ty never lone give us any points for what we do for them this is where bingos idea comes in the other person would pick up when noobie is gone which will make noobies job much easier when she comes bk besides as i just said this is noobies job on the forum and this is her way of making it easier

i think it will be fine noobie will be back to her best soon just this once were things have got a little out of hand, but i think i speak for everyone when i say this but noobie is a great admin and a good friend and friends help each other out so whatever u need noobester, a helper ? links to the sig ? , the topic ? anything just post it and we will all chip in :)

Im finding it much easier doing the donations through pm, rather than me have to check every single post.
So if we stick with this for a lil while and see how we go, thatll be brill :)
And im round a lot more now, starting to settle back in :)
