We have decided to make a new format for creation of teams to reduce the amount of "failed" teams and make sure teams fill the proper requirements.

From this point forward, a team will not be official until approved by the Staffing team.
This is how it will work from this point forward.

What to start your own team?

First step is to know what you want to call the team and what the mission of the team is.

Secondly, instead of announcing the new team in the Team Creation forum, you must first recruit the required amount of members into your team- 3.

Post a [WTH] thread in the Team Recruiting forum to recruit your other 2 members, or Private Message/MSN members to organise your team and make sure you have at least 3 members.

If however, you fail to recruit at least 3 members in 2weeks, the [WTH] thread will be closed and you will not be able to try again for another 3 weeks.

Posting your Team Application

Once you have reached all the requirements for creating a new Team (you have a usergroup, you have a minimum of 3 members confirmed) you will then make a [APP] thread in the Team Creation forum. In this thread, your post will contain the following things.

Submission Format
When submiting your team for inclusion on the official Sigbar Teams list you need to provide the following details.

1.) Post a New Thread, the subject/title must be in the below format

[New Team] - Your Team Name

2.) You must list clearly in the following format the following details. You must adhere to the format listed below, copy and paste it if you have to.

Team Leader
Team Lead's Forum username

Team Members
Team Member Name 1
Team Member Name 2
Team Member Name 3 etc.

Team Usergroup
A link to your team's usergroup, all the members you stated above must be members of this group.

Team Objectives
Give a brief summary of why you formed the team and what you guys expect to achieve e.g. is it just a bunch of friends that want to challenge as a team, or are you doing other things e.g. supplying renders, resources etc. It could be all of the above, but we just need to know what the team is all about and it's goals.

Now sit and wait!

Staff members will review the application, and if he/she thinks the team is viable and has a good chance of succeeding, we will approve the team. The Thread title will be changed to [New Team] by the Staff member and they will reply to your thread announcing your acceptance.

If however the Team is denied, the forum will be locked and the thread title changed to [Denied].

Well no tommadz, not yet your not, staff will discuss your application for creating a team and approve or deny. We wil let you know asap.

if yes then you can make a group
if no then im sorry

though i suggest you post more till you get sigbar regular :)
