hey there i just want to ask what do I need to install to be able to do sigs and userbars?? is it just photoshop?

Well i don't think this is right section but you only need PhotoShop CS3 for any special download anything else

Doesnt have to be cs3 I use cs2 and it does equally good.

Actually you can use whatever graphics program you like. There are a lot to choose from.

I use an old version of Paint Shop Pro, Effect 3D Studio and Animation Shop 3. There are loads of Plug-ins for Photoshop that do specific effects, most of them work on Paint Shop Pro,
GIMP is free and lots of people on Sigbar use it.

Try a few different programs and see what suits you best.
