Paid Staff Designer Competition - (SIGNATURES ONLY)

The Prize: A paid job at SignatureBar.com (Up to $35 Per Month)

Over the next month we will be looking for 3-4 new signaturebar.com designers. The positions are salaried so you will be making money. But we're only looking for dedicated serious people. If you think you can design, have a friendly attitude and will be able to fulfil your responsibilities as Signaturebar.com staff member then submit your work here for review.

This section is for Signature submissions only we have a separate thread for Signature submissions. We will be reviewing both threads when we coming to deciding on winners.

Some nice work there guys, oh and compton Im sure hes really good but I have to let the competition run its full course..

Remember we're not just looking for people who can design well. The members need to be friendly and able to cope with the role of a sigbar designer. that means consistency... (Im not saying paradox doesnt have these qualities) Only that the final winners will be judged on all of the above...

Again great work... Its still early days yet so lets see what happens.

Oh, and don't forget about guys that will actually stay for awhile instead of making a short appearance for awhile and then disappearing, unfortunately it appears this has happened many times before with lots of staff members :(

Thats a fair point previously we have hired based on design skill alone and sadly the site has suffered because of that. Being a designer or staff member on signaturebar.com is not easy, it gets pretty busy here sometimes so it can be tough.. Thats why when selecting I will be looking for people who yes have the design skills but are also eager to learn and help others too. It has to be the complete package..

Because we didnt really get enough entries for the paid signature designer position im closing this competition and might open it at a later date when people are more interested.

Well lets just say i've had some bad luck with staff members in the past. Usually i add them to the staff and within a week they mysteriously dissappear. thats why im holding off with you ...:P

I dont want you to mysteriously disappear... Remember your rep on this forums isnt just about having the label designer , its through your work that you gain credit :)

Yes compton , I have decided to delay any announcements on the signature side. Its still open... Most likely i will montior the sigs being made on the request forums and ask someone to join.. so keep creating those excellent sigs guys...

I think from now on im going to let staff get involved in a gradual manner. So have ranks for staff as well to denote the experience level of the staff member.
