paintball, anyone here play it

hey just thought id ad a topic about paintball :) i diddnt see one on the list but my bad if there is :P

so what do u guys perfer to do a bit of speed ball or woods ball fav markers,brands, how long u been playing and typical stuff like this.

im just starting to get into paintball had a match with some friends on last Saturday which was a mixture of woods ball and speed ball, i dont mind either but speed ball is really fun in ur face fighting :)

havnt got a marker yet cause of the Australian laws so i needa be 18 :/ but yeah soon as i get one ill be getting my first marker and i have been watching some youtube videos of mike from techPB and was thinking for a first gun somthing like a VIBE or a ION.

i use a 98 custom platinum ,with hammer head barrels,double triggered grips,al200 feeder with a cyclone system nd i always use a bigboy bomb when playing outdoors

check out www.techpb.com (http://www.techpb.com) and post in the noobie section they are really helpful there and yes i play i roll with lasoya promaster circa 2005 crossfire 68/45 and dye rotor.

quick edit GET THE VIBE its much better than an ion vibe with black heart board is pretty damn nice for the price.

I've always wanted to go, always seem to get a group of people interested in going but then we never end up going LOL. maybe one day i will get around to it hehehe.

Especially now there is more places opening up in Melbourne (Australia), don't have to travel all the way to the boarder to play anymore.

I <3 paintball.

I prefer woods because of all the trees and cover, and attributes like that, but I also love to play speed ball.

I used to play competitively with friends, but we just decided to play for fun with other friends and all that.

My marker as of right now. Smartparts Impulse. (Black and blue finish/color) Wish I had an Ion, but they cost a lot; so does the Impulse, but Ion's cost more. :(
