Information: its a photography contest so light touch up's are allowd but just dont over do it & also the entries can be edited as manny times as pepole want untill the deadline .

Photoshop afaik was intended for photo editing. I know a few professional photographers that use photoshop to touch up their photos etc so i think people should be allowed to edit them, more then a border. Especially for the pople who dont have the greatest cameras!

But its a wikid idea, hope to see some good entries!

I remember freestyle took some photos of where he lives and touched them up a bit.
