Photoshop rendering tutorial

Can someone post a tutorial how to make a render from a picture...

place the pic on a trans bg or green and start deleting the things you dont want

let's take an example of the sig u made with tose..(rip)
did u erase the background with an eraser tool all by hand??

A lot of people who make sigs do that yeah...takes time
But i use gimp, and i get a lassoo tool and dot all the way around the image, and delete the background in one go, can take just as long though

just one more thing...recommended brush when doing this???

a decent size round brush with soft/blur edge, and a smaller one for the tight spots :D

make sure to zoom in around the tight spots or doing the edge of the image

What i do i just get the Eraser Tool and zoom in to the Render and cut it out by hand:)
