I need a easy to navigate tutorial on where to get PhotoShop.
Any idea where to get one?

Hi, Welcome to the Forums. Photoshop is actually a product produced by Adobe and cost money, actually a lot of money $1,051.05 last I checked. Don't worry though you can still make signatures. You could use a free piece of software that can produce signatures just as good as photoshop. This software is called GIMP and it can be downloaded here

You could also download a trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS3 and try it out to see if it IS the way you want to go. The trial version can be found here. http://www.adobe.com/downloads/?PID=2294914
