Gimp is free and friendly for beginners, but PS (Photoshop) is reasonable, advanced and has many easy to learn functions. :>

There are ways of getting programs and others for free, but it is considered illegal.

HustlerxxXXx posted information on how to get it but i had to remove it. But if you want to know more im sure a PM to hustlerxxx would be suitbale ;)
