picture uploading

It's not impossible to have an external image host, i know a forum that has the attachment of iamges within the reply page, but it hosts externally (pictured)

some tweaking is necessary, but it can be done

ive seen it before but i reckon it would take longer to load for 1 and for 2 if you wanna wright a topic while uploading a pic on here then open up 2 tabs like i do lol its allot easier i reckon

Not going to get in the way of any arguments I just want to be able to get along.
But I think its a good idea about getting an Upload tab, like next to where it says

| Top 10 | Contact | Upload

Something that looks like that would look ok.
Just helping with the ideas.
