You used the wrong font and the bar is too high, the text should generally be in the middle of the top and bottom too.

I would make it standard size (350x19) use a traditional UB text, (Visitor T2, etc.) and center the text, height wise (leave it aligned on the right)... other than that, I like the sig, nice idea, and great BG
