i think all sigs in both sections are brill and they all look ace together...but ps seems to have the whole package when it comes to lighting, depth and effect. Ive used both ps and gimp and i have to say they can both pretty much do the same things, so this was a hard desision, but i voted completely unbiased.
ps only just scraped it though, so great work everyone.
