quick reply isn't a mod. it's a default option when making forums. and if they didn't set one up, then they probably don't want one for some reason. iunno.

I dont see why you guys (recently) are against every bit of change thats suggested without even thinking it through.
Quick Reply is a faster way to post and personally its a lot better. You dont get the options that a normal reply gets you but you have the choice of picking which one you want to post out of.

I dont see why you guys (recently) are against every bit of change thats suggested without even thinking it through.

Also, nobody in this thread is against anything and further more no member of staff has posted here yet (the staff make the decisions anyways.....)

As I recall the answer was it will be available with vBulletin so there is no need to program in something that will be presented without hassle on a later date. I can't remember what I had for breakfast though so don't take my word for it.

But aren't spam bots a major problem? Can't we take a few extra steps to reduce them abit more if not completely?

Guys lets all pretend there is no update, maybe that will stop the silly questions and the repetitive questions about when the update is coming. It is coming but you will have to be patient..

Spam bots will always come no matter what you do. Trade's other site Animemb gets about 5 spam posts a DAY 0_0 and it's VB.

But like he said, just pretend like there's going to be no update............

Well, i know someone that knows ALOT of stuff about putting stuff in forums, he has a pretty popular forum on VB and it looks great, and gets NO spam bots what-so-ever. Im not saying this site is bad, but the question is, tweeking a few things to get rid of spam bots, or deleting spam bot thread posts?

P.S My position on quick reply is..
I like the normal reply. Its like my plane module. Its got everything in it, ive grown accustomed to it. kthx
