Hello there! :D
I'd like to know how to re-color hair of a character. For example, I want to make her hair blonde:

Can you give me some tips, or maybe the whole solution, please?

What program do you use hun?
either way it could be a tough one,
i would use the magic wand tool, select the hair and do a gradient map over it, or colourize, depending on which program you use

I'd say, lasso it out, either use variations or hue/saturation w/ colorize on and then use some levelling and contrast to get the right look
edit: dang, noobie beat me to it.
this is what i got w/ variations + overlay and a bit of screen blending layers (the glow is cos i forgot to remove the feather, whoops, but it does work somewhat)

that's good you found a tut saying exactly what I was gonna say to do :)
just make a new layer and color over the hair, then mess with the blending options, might need multiple layers since the hair is kind of dark
another way would be to duplicate the pics layer, then render or erase everything but the hair on the duplicate layer, then go to image->adjustments and then either use hue/saturation or color adjust.
good luck with that :D
