I took the time today to get the sig request section cleared up and came up with some adjustments to the already implace request rules to help cut back on the things that tend to slow down the section.

- From now on Only 2 request per month per user. Remember we do not allow more than 1 account so if we see that a member has two accounts they both will be banned.

pro: This will help slow down all of the repeat requests giving breathing room to our request team to work on newer members requests therefore getting to all request in a timely manner.

- Bump = Deleted request. If someone continues to bump after a request is deleted in another request, a temp. Banner then be enforced.

pro: Makes it a lot easier to moderate the section with out all of the bumps

- provide Quality Images (Stocks/Renders) link or have your request deleted. I have seen a lot of request overlooked just because the Image that is provided is less than LQ and it wastes the time of our request team to hunt down an image or wait upon the requestee to provide another image.

pro: this is really important, I know I don't want to make anything with a crappy image, this will help free up more time for more quality sigs and at the same time help to improve the skills of those who are on the request team or just fullfilling sig request.

Also providing an image link falls under this new addition. No link to images will result in the request being deleted. This will help us save time for properly done sig requests.

Other than that, thank you Request team for fullfilling the requests to the best of your abilities. You guys are doing a great job and I appreciate all that you do.

um i just want to ask something imo it is ok to bump after no reply in a 3-4 day period not to be rude but just so that people see the requests because we have alot each day and they dont all get seen or commented on if someone is going to do a request id suggest commenting on it and say that you are atleast starting and just ask them to be patient and if they are wanting to know your progress to pm you this will save bumps and members from getting in trouble

hope that made snse:P

I would say yeah after a 1 - 2 week period if no one has looked at it and replied. If some one has replied and still no sig then the requestee should PM the person who replied concerning the sig progress.

I like these improvements, stop needless spammers, and might actually get good community members, rather than people who post ten, then leave.

Exactly, if they have to wait for a request and can't bump it then hopefully so they don't forget about their request they will decided to take part in the site.
