requiesting sig tut for gimp (waves animation)

hey i was wondering if i could get a sig tut for waves animation in gimp cause i tried to get a good animation it worked but i noticed my text was flashing i liked that with part of it but not the other part so i changed it but i couldn't get it right!! heres one my tries for now:

just like u've pasted the image in every layer, try pasting the text on every layer too.......... that might solve the problem.........

if u want the text to fade in and out, that can be done too......... thought i should post this bit too coz i think it'll look cool............

looks like your border isn't on every frame and that's why it jumps :D funky!
