Resigning from Moderator position

I feel like I did not contribute much to the forums before, during and after I recieved my mod status. I also am a horrible sig maker and wouldnt be setting the right example to the rest of sigbar. I nearly lost faith in making sigs and started to make them now but it doesn't make up for my lack of contribution in the past.

SS. Don't talk like that ytou make really nice sig. I've been through the same thing. I lost faith in my graphics awhile back i've been back at it for 7months now and am still learning more everyday. The only thing is that GFX changes so much. I remeber befor when I was makeing the Animation was the thing and PS CS1 was the program with Image Ready. Your not a nobody. I mean you've helped me through stuff. You talk to me about things and you would help anyone the second they need or asked. If you feel your not helping as a mod then fine, but don't say your a nobody. People here do know and care about you.

You do not have to be a signature maker to be a mod at SigBar. I stopped making Signatures because I lost all my resources, but I still took part in the chat and commenting on SigBar. Don't doubt yourself.

I'm sorry to see you go mate, your right in that you weren't that active but hey, real life comes first right? At least now you'll have time to concentrate on your sigs and improve your graphic style rather than seeing this all as a responsibility. :)

I dunno u, ive just read here and imagine wut the problem is, so i think ive been there. I made a design, some ppl here said is garbage and i was asked by a design company to make smth similar for them ..so here u go, having ur answear.
All i can say to u is that we learn and experience all life and we become better and better in what we do. To become the best is to be original, but that will not mean ull be appreciated of everybody, mostly like standards, wut is above them they get confused and dunno where they are hahaha.

Dont quit, just practise and read tuts (real tuts like psdtut.com), ur inspiration will come. Good luck.

Firstly joe, you don't know what the problem is so stop trying to have a go at me when its none of your business.

Secondly, a design company deals in a completely different set of guidelines for art. We deal with signatures, I can almost gaurantee that they do not. This forum is a signature based forum, therefore there are certain 'norms' that are appreciated in every type of art. I could make a website design, the design company would love it, if I put it into a sig canvas and called it a sig, would it be good? No. There are different types of art joe, so saying we do not appreciate "good work" is ridiculous as we know what the concepts of sigmaking are and once again, I could almost guarantee that company does not.

Thirdly, what ss is referring to is that I originally did not agree with him being given a mod position ONLY because of his innactivity (which he has also just agreed with me). I do not hate the guy, I actually like him as a member, he was here when I first joined, the only reason I disagreed was becauase of his length of innactivity. Turns out I was correct and he has also just admitted to it. This has nothing personal in it, just means that a Mod is required to be active on the forum and ss has other things going on atm. This had nothing to do with his skill level.

So lay off me, stop trying to have a dig at me every chance you get and mind your own business. If you have a problem with me take it up with me through PM, do not try to publicly put me down every chance you get as I have never done that to you.

Whether a design company appreciates your work or not, we are entitled to our own oppinions, and believe it or not, I do know more about the concepts and guidelines in sigmaking as I have been doing it for 7mths+ and you have only been introduced to this style in the past month- you do not know everything so don't expect to.

I wanted you to edit it out as I couldn't... I know it isn't allowed. Honestly your only adding wood to the fire. Your post is attacking Joe. You seem to be setting yourself above her. I'm sorry, but I disagree with this. You of all people KRS should be setting an example and handling things diffrently. I'm not trying to start anything by this, but this was a resigning post and know it is an attack people post. Your both outta line. It is more suprising from you though KRS. I was talking to him cuz he was not feeling appreciated, check the show off signature post and see wut he posted lol. And I wasnt thinking a sec about u, more about the newbies that vote and pretend to know everything (i dont wanna give names), which is good work and which is not, in fact i appreciated ur cnc. For the fact I voted for blackwolf u hate me so much :confused:. If thats so ...i will not vote anymore or maybe i should leave this site. Yes I am a newbie, and i came here to learn more and maybe bring smth new like my 3d and concepts, but if thats so much bother i can leave no problem.

You quoted the post where it said "I hope krs is happy", and then went on to explain that you know "what the problem is here". You did not quote the original post where he said stuff about him lacking in skill level. So by quoting to the post he made about me, you were referring to that.

You have previously said to me that I vote biasly, and that I'll never vote for you.

Of course I do not hate people because they don't vote for me, that's a ridiculous assumption.

@Zeo: Your right, I may have overreacted and I apologise for that, but even though I am in a staff position does not waive my rights to defend myself. The way she set out the post made it seem as she was referring to me, because for some reason she decided to quote that post by ss and not the original post?? I do not, and have never, put myself above anyone on this forum, you should know that. With the experience thing, I was simply referring to another voting thread when joe doubted my reasons for voting.

@LordRaven: Your right, this should be locked now. Everyone has had their chance to say their bit, and we wish SS the best.
