can ayone explain how to resize a picture in photoshop complete and utter noob with photshop no idea what iam doing help is apperciated

Ctrl+T, Hold Shift to keep the proporortions the same.

This =/ My problem also. Can't change size. It keeps on showing an error if I press Ctrl+T on the image. And also the image>Image Size Can't control! =(

If you have the image as the background, you go to (Image -> Image Size)
Then you select how big you want it. If it's pasted onto a signature or whatever, click on your move tool then at the top it says "Show Bounding Box." Check that box and you will see the bounding box. Click on one of the corners, hold Shift and pull inwards or outward to make it smaller/bigger. Don't let go of shift until you inclick with your mouse.

u dont need photoshop or anything. just right click the picture u need resized, select edit (it should go into paint) then u have to do the select button, select the entire picture, then just drag it smaller.
