There should be a section with resources for photoshop for people who are trying to learn from being here.

Indeed this has been suggested before. Right now we are trying to organise this site for its Update and New Look, but that is being taken into consideration. I myself support it so that resources can be quickly found etc.

Thankyou for the suggestion, though.
