Rotating/random sigs?

I see some people on the site have a "rotating" or "random" sig on every page- that is, the signature changes automatically. How is it that one goes about doing such a thing? I would love to know....

First go to http://sig.seiha.org/ and create your account with ID,Pasword..now login in and upload your signatures on PhotoBuchet / ImageShack or other and posted URL's of that sigs in there..
now at top you will get a link i don't know like: http://sig.seiha.org/YourNickHere
and just copy,paste that and only add and
so you will get this:

http://sig.seiha.org/YourNickHere
and your sig will rotate
