I feel really geeky asking this question but anyone play Runescape?

I signed up for members in March of last year and for some reason I'm still a member. Whatever, I'm not complaining

Runescape sucks, and i regret ever signing up to even free, cause i was a member for awhile.

I got something around 300k of cash and 400k of stuff.

But yeah, bad game. Their screwing it up. They're killing PvP

i played RS for a while, then realized.. it's pointless! getting loads of money doesn't really do anything but waste your time. a lot of people nowadays have the best stuff because they waste hours after hours merchanting, selling, and buying.

no offense to you all (and i don't wish to flame this topic). ^^;;

I used to play it a year ago,just liked castle wars.But then after i didn't have my membership i quit it.And found it boring even if i could get the membership again

True..also agree with other people on forum. It's a waste of time and getting rich doesn't really help. They do slave away for hours but it wastes time. I get on when I'm bored...

Played Runescape was lvl 121.

Was there for all 5 versions and classic. Watched the graphics go from bleeks on a screen to the 3D it has now in a matter of months.

5 Full sets of dragon.
All God Armor Sets.
99 Of each dragon weapon
Member for years.
heros guild member.
Was a player moderator.
Rings and Amulets of the dragon gem by the thousands.
Potions out of the wood work.
About 5 million in all runes and staffs.

About 10-12 million give or take. Finished all quest.

Highest was 99 Prayer, Attack, Defense, Strenght and Hitpoints,

Magic and Ranged was around 83-85


Then i just got tired of it about 1 year ago, havnt loged since then.


Reason i have so much is because i lead a guild of theives basically in the wilderness.

To apply had to have 99 in Prayer, Attack, Defense, Strenght and Hitpoints atleast. Had to have a couple million to buy your own things. We always split gear there was about 8 of us total and we all had the same gear more or less as listed above. Never went into the wilderness alone. Traveled in a pack of 8 and worked as a team.

I hate runescape, my brother is a 24/7-if-possible person with runescape.
But i get to know alot so heres what i got to tell.

Runescape will be having a graphics update soon idk how its gonna look like thats all i know.

Everything else non members - above lvl 70.

And i hardly ever see him come out of his cubby house, except when he goes to pee and to scab food. A serius addict (I try to convince him that something is better than RS, but he makes up these ***in excuses! He says the gameplays better or something. Lol he reckons its better than DoW or WoW :lol: ).

So i hope none of you ppl ended up like him.

I played runescape for a while but a combo of bad graphics and bad end game materiel pulled me away from it, i then went on to my wow addiction for 2 years (bad times)

Its a game made out of javascript, the graphics are top notch for java.

If thats true, that is infact really bad. I got to level 99 combat with 2 99 skills with a santa and realised what a mistake i was making playing that game. I was getting to the stage where i wasnt going out with mates even in the summer to play that game. I decided to quit for the best and i did it at the right time, because thats when things slowly started going downhill. I'll never go back to that game because you know what they say "you only live once".
