@ Xile: As far as im concerned your comment was sarchastic, and considering the varying skill levels on this site one should post comments based on :

a) how well you actually know the person ... If you're chummy with an individual and know they wont mind then the odd sarchy comment is fine but not to complete random members.

b) Their skill level... Please dont expect professional work form a new starter. Saying I love it and rolling the eyes is unacceptable. I dont care how you try to explain it and blame it on the smilies.

If you keep doing this then i will have no option to suspend you. Your comments can be tolerated from time to time but not on a regular basis. The goal of the fourms is to encourage people to post and share their work not the other way round... So as far as im concerned posting the way you are is a big problem for me as it can hinder and prevent people from participating....

Suspend me or ban me, thats your choice - the forum is sub-standard anyway, nothing happens ; your unwillingness to change anything to advance the site from what it is, a very poor requesting site, is abysmal - you talk the talk about what your going to do, but NOTHING ever gets done. I remember many a post before I was originally banned (wrongly I might add - but again this is something you did not mention to everyone when I returned, again admitting your cowardly approach to how your perceived on here..... pathetic), where you promised this and that, even 18 months ago, or there abouts you were talking about offering web layouts, banners and everything else for purchase on here - that was never implemented, the move to a different server even back then, due to yet again constant network problems, never materialised, and also a redesign back then was mooted, yet its still the same.

You say you pride yourself on being No.1 on the top sites list crap, its a shame you have to have topics on here asking people to vote daily to get there/stay there, which again - if it was a reliable site, with a regular influx of members - there would be no need to BEG members to vote, as essentially, thats what your doing.

Ohh... wow ... your No.1 on a list - that makes all the difference doesn't it? I mean, your No.1 why change a winning forumula right? Wrong. Not only is the site dead of new members who actually stay regular members out of the 100`s who register, but you offer them nothing of a decent service, you have no set design team with at least 2 or 3 very decent graphic viable members who can actually carry the site and make members who request anything to actually talk about the great images they received here on other sites, generating more members who would register, and be willing to stay.

Its shocking how blinded you are by your own ego, the big self-made business man - with absolutely NO idea of actually how to advance ANY idea forward with a sense of urgency.

I feel your latest rant at me, is you, just looking for a reason to ban me (yet again), because you are totally threatened by me, I see you for what you are ; a bull-****ting no-hoper who likes to be loved by the few regular members you have actively posting - and you live on the boost people give you when you talk the talk about your `plans` - which never materialise, in all honesty, for a man of your age, its pathetic, dont just talk. DO THE BUSINESS. A good admin would moot ideas to staff, and then just go ahead and do it - not announce things all the time, but never follow through with them, it shows you to be very fearsome, and lazy.

The rest of the members? Where are they? Almost 5000 members, and yet - where are they? Its a ghost town. Trade is/was not begging for people to vote for thes ite, he was letting people know about it. I was here for about a month before i knew about voting, not everyone goes to a site and checks to see if they can vote somewhere! do you vote on every site you visit? i sure dont, dont even know if half the sites have votes etc

@ Diesel : Thanks for that extremely detailed breakdown of MrXiles post :) I saw it last night but was really too tired to respond so just skimmed through it only to find his "adult like" response was plastered all over the forums in a spam like fashion. To be honest if he had just responded in the one place i probably wouldnt have banned him but there you go...!

Im sure everyone knows why hes been banned and to be honest im sure many people might have seen it coming but MrXile has continually brought negativity and problems to the site by undermining and criticising the efforts of both the staff and the active members. I will not tolerate breaking of the rules or rude behaviour and this time MrXile has just crossed those boundaries.

The sad thing is that he could have been a good asset to the site and im sure we could have all learnt something from his infinite wisdom of everything but it just didnt work out and towards the end there he was pretty much asking to be banned so I did him and the rest of our community a favour I guess.

@MrXile: Frankly if you're listening to this Im quite dissapointed in your final response. It was non adult like and made claims of ridiculous things which no one will agree too. As admin and a responsible adult I certainly dont take sides or hold grudges against people as that is something that little children do but I have to uphold and manage the direction of these forums and thats all that i have done.

If someone else came on and did exactly what you did I would do the same. Im sure its quite fair to say that you had your chances but this time you just pushed the limits. I can thankfully say that you were not banned incorrectly and will not be making an appearance here under that name again..

Good luck to you in your life, I think with your attitude you will need it....
