i see alot of stuff around saying to pm/talk to one of the sigbar designers. how does a persone know who is a designer and who isnt. could tere possibly be a tag/team built for these designers so that new people can find a designer if they need one?

When staff are required, the Staff Team look at the current members and select several which have been at SigBar for some time and are well known and mature. Designers and Moderators are the same role, but Designers also complete requests.

I dont think "designers" is totally limited to staff members only, but rather all members who want to help and fullfill the requests. We have mods that we specifically ask to be mainly designers with thier mod task and so we do label them a designer.

'SigBar Designer' is a title similar to a mod.
However, the term designer is rather broad, and pretty much catches anyone who creates a signature. :>
