Sigbar?

i'm not sure if this is the right sectioin, but can anyone explain to me what sigbar points are?

you earn sigbar points for all your posts and pm's
you can either save them up and have your title changed....eg...new member changed to something of your own choice, this costs 2000 points
some people donate them to people who made their sig etc
you can also use them to enter our weekly competitions :D

under everyone's points is a link that says [Donate] click on that and you can donate points to that person. :D

Or you could just randomly hand them out to people. the only person who see who is giving points away is noobie so be extra nice to her!
