If you want to uploads a signature to the website, please follow the size regulations which are listed below:

Signatures : 400 x 200 Pixels

depends on learning style, if you read much tutorials and are good to learning it take about 2-4month but if you are lazy to read tuts and just want to have fun with PS then it takes over 1 year like me :D:D:D

Are some people exempt from the size restrictions? I've seen a lot of sigs that are clearly well over 400 px in height.

edit: nevermind. I just realized I had height/width dimensions mixed up.
