Yeah i'm a noob to these forums. To post a request do you have to have 10 posts exactly or can your tenth post be your request?

Do you have to have a good connection to make signatures, because I have dial-up and my connection is really slow.

Yep you have to have ten quality posts, no spamming etc..

The connection has nothing to do with making signatures as you can
make it off line if you use photoshop or gimp etc.. so you should have
no problem.

Idk for some reason my computer is REALLY slow, but it has alot of free space I guess it might just be because it is old?

or its the fact that you have dial up, lol

unless your saying that your computer is slow in general and hard drive space has little to nothing to do with speed, if your comp is generally slow, check your processes under your task manager and make sure you don't have fifty million things going at once, you can double check to make sure that it isn't being bogged down by looking at the performance tab under task manager, if your cpu usage is low then your fine and its just your processor :wink:

Yeah I don't have anything open on startup. I only have two profiles on it but only one of them is logged on the other is admin to download stuff. I really think it's because of my dial-up connection and it's an old computer, but idk if it's fast enough for me to make sighnatures.

it should be fine, just get an older version of photoshop or try gimp, gimp is a free download :)
