It was an odd movie in 1994. It retold the old Faust legend, but it took place in a theater. It was done with some clay and other odd items. It was nominated for 6 (and won all of them) awards, some minor, a few were pretty good.

The demon pictured at first is not an actual movie demon, but is instead a style relation. the quote is uttered by the devil, Mephistopheles, after he is summoned by Faust, and Faust asks how he got there from hell.
