SOTW Badges

Okay I'm in need of a badge for SOTW along with the PSD, it's for a gaming site that i'm with but also has a small little GFX section. I've seen a couple before on other sites & the ones that you guys use here if someone could kindly help me out & make something similar to what you guys have here or similar to one of these.
