im saying you should use the red fluffball guy thats is your logo and avatar and resize him and put him were the globe is next to who's online and how many people and posts there are on the forums

if you need to know how i think you replace the whosonline image with yours and make sure its the same size. whosonline.gif under the images directory in your forums file
