Teams join, create, dominate! :p

Hey Everyone,

I'm making this thread to, ask and hope the community will follow. The Forum currently has 4 teams, 4 good teams. Although, Thats not enough people. I would like to see more teams, more team battles, more TEAM activity. We should all take advantage of the Teams!

Teams are great for many things. You will become a better GFX/Signature/Tag Artist while in a team, Trust me. I know this from experince. A good team, helps each other when it comes to your skills. Teamates share experince and CnC among each other, you would be surprised how helpful a team can be. My team "Flawless" has a MSN group, where every member of Flawless can go, to communicate and help each other. I't is very nice to be able to log onto MSN, and see your team all talking about how to impove each others signatures.

Team Battles, Another plus to teams. Team Battles are a whole different experince then duels. In a Team Battle, it's no longer about how good you did, it's about how good your team did. This is actually alot more rewarding IMO. Why? Because anyone can win a 1v1, when you put A 2v2,4v4,5v5,etc sigs together It makes it that much harder to walk away with that Big W. Voters have to choose more wisely. They cant just pick 1 sig they like the best and say theres my vote. They Have to CnC 10 sigs in there mind, and say... I think that team did better. So Im going to vote for them.

Freinds, Everyone can use a couple more freinds. I talk to my team more then any other people on forums, and I would consider them freinds. They are a very nice bunch of people, we are all getting to know each other more and more everyday. I consider this a awsome. I love how nice and incredible my teammates are, and everyone one of them has somthing unqiue about them. So If you like to meet new people, and make new freinds. A team can be a great place to do this. :D

There is alot more incredible things about being in a team, but im not going to go through every little thing. All I want is for "YOU" the community, to join in on the fun teams can bring. If you want to create a Team, Power too you good luck, see you on the battle feild. If you want to join a team, APPLY TO TEAMS! I know Godly Concepts is looking My guild is accepting, and if people start making teams...Well then there is that many more places to join. You summed it up pretty well, and we would all like some new competition.

So get some teams together guys!
You don't even have to resource if you like, it can be purely just team for battling.
So Oishi, demonic, xzisted, Dissolution etc etc get together a team! :)

Nice thoughts there mate, great words, I can see that you really mean what you say, and who doesn't want to be in a team, its fun and its worth every second! :D

I felt Lord Ravens Post was due for a bump, and i think my post is related to this topic.

Perhaps we need to look at the team member count. If we want to have more teams to be made we should look at lowering the max number of team members. As it stands now the four teams can have up to 20 members each that potentially could be 80members on just four teams. If we were to lower the max number of team members to 10? or maybe to the number of members that the biggest team has. This would hopefully force new teams to be made? Perhaps the teams that are currently out there could temporarily stop recruiting, in a hope that members wanting to get in on the team action will start a team instead.

What do yall think? Do we need to temporarily drop the max member number?

Well I know personally, dd only wants 10 members. It seems like more atm, but maddog has left for a few months and YUAceHole is MIA.. but we have capped it at 10. I still think 10 is heaps, but we are focussing on resourcing aswell and posting them on other forums, so 10 for us is justified. :)

Perhaps it could be just a friendly rule amongst the current team leaders to cap there teams at teams for the benefit of the community?

ya Like KRS says and in there New Team Thread they have capped there members at 10, it's currently set in the rules at 20, but perhaps limiting this to a lesser amount will mean more teams are created

I think its more about people taking the initiative of starting a team and getting members to join it...

I would rather we had 4 or 5 strong teams, then 10-20 weak ones (weak as in, setting up battles and over all participation)

it takes commitment to have a team and to keep one active, same with being on a team (not everyone can be on all the time)

the team with the most members is Pixel Dojo and we only have 13....I don't think a lowering of the cap to 10 is going to make a difference, now if you lowered it to 5, that would deffo do something...but it might not be for the best, lol
