catchy title huh? well i guess its time to hang myself agian with another stupid question, but i use gimp ( want to be like noobie). so what do i use for animation?????

Hehe, im not too brill on the animation, im ok with animating text and im ok with putting a gif into a sig, but im crap at making a still pic animate lol

well i want to be able to animate both text and a pic. see i have this idea of a ninja sig, and i want the text to animate but i want the ninja in the sig to fade in and out.
