If admins can see the first 10 posts of all new people, then we could strengthen the 10 QUALITY post policy for the requests. The tracking should be shown to the public, and if people see that the posts are spam, they can PM admins.

Anyone can see all the posts of everyone. Simply click on Profile at the bottom of a person's post and then find on the page where is says "View all posts by this user" (or somethng like that) and then you have all of their posts =]
