Cus so many ppl have problems with this so i made a little tutorial
Step One:
first go to www.signaturebar.com
Step Two
Register..How to??
You will see that little [Register Here] at up from Search:

Now Register Like This:

After that just click Join!!
Now Activate Your account using mail.google.com or www.hotmail.com
Step three:
Now login in..And just click "Submit" in navigation Bar

You will see like this:
Select the options from the form below and get your signature/userbar hosted instantly! (Please fill in the form sensibly as misuse may result in a permanent ban from the site)
Max userbar dimensions: 390x19
Max signature dimensions: 400x150
Title:
Signature Type: Userbar Signature
Category: Brand NamesInternetTV/MoviesHardware/SoftwareGamesMobile/Cell PhonesRegionalClansMusicSportPeopleCarsMisc
Select Image:
Max userbar size is : 390x19!!
Max Signature size is : 400x150!!
Example:
Now what you do is to type a title like "Mercedes Car" and if it's a signature do "Signature" in signature and now in Category choose "Cars" Cus its a car sig right you will see many categorys.Now Click Browse and find a signature and you are ready to upload!!

After That Click "Upload It" And you will see your sig in Home page
