Hey ppl, what tool i use in gimp to blend the render with background>some1 suggested splatter brush but i cant find it anywhere>>:D

its a type of brush.you go to deviant art.com and search gimp splatter brushes then just install them nd u could use it

path tool you just select a circle brush then go to path to selection menu and it say something on bottom click that then press brush dynamic then u duplicate 3 times then do a gaussion blur
1st-10
2nd-15
3rd-25
then bring the original to the top :wink:

ok, so i done a path>>clicked on path stroke>>well any way basically i got a black line>>how to get shiny??

did u click the box on the bottom during the menu it should be next 2 a bar that says paintbrush

whenever u stroke a path with gimp it uses the foreground color, so just change the fg color to wat u want then stroke the path

(look 2 color boxes on the toolbar, then one on the top is the foreground color and the one behind it is the backround color)
