Why can't i request a banner ?? i have over 10 posts now and i still can't request can anyone help??

Like i posted on another thread about this. Try givin it time like when you get back on it should work. Takes time for it to register that you actually did have ten. I looked at artwork for a bit and came back and it let me request my sig
