Flawless GFX

Well since are first recruitment thread was overwhelmed with post and got a little cluttered we are making a new recruitment thread. Are first thread was closed, after 1200+ Views most of any team thread. :) This thread will have new things then the first one, since we are making are acception more strict and difficult in a sense.

Purpose of Flawless: The purpose of Flawless GFX is to make a team which is like a GFX family. We all help each other and help improve are each other. We love to participate in team battles, and have some big wins under are belt. Being the tight knit group we are, we are not at all monotone. We push are members to form there own style which I think is very important in GFX. Seeing the same old same old over and over is really getting old? Agree. Flawless GFX likes to bring the GFX communites resources. We have recently began making monthly resource packs which we distribute to GFX sites all over the net.

TRIAL MEMBER: As Flawless is now becoming a very large and active team we are going to impelment a new rule to recruitment. This is that you may not become a full member as soon as we accept you. Every person that applies to this team is voted on Either A Yes or No. If a person goes through voting with a near equal amount of no and yes they will be a trial member. I and Zeo may also decide someone only deserves trial member, from what we have seen from them. Note- That will not be the case often if ever. A trial member still has acess to are private forums and everything, and they are apart of Flawless. All it means is that we may remove you from the guild at any time, if we feal you are not the right person for Flawless. So to avoid that stay active, be freindly, take CnC well, helpful, etc.

Okay, Spartan... We have come to a decision... We are sorry to inform you that your application has been denied. We do see you take good CnC and are improving, but we only have a few slots till we hit 20 members. We would really like you to reapply in around 2 weeks or so to see your improvement. If we see good improvement over this 2 week period you may be granted around a 2 week trail membership. You will then be reviewed again to check your improvement and you dedication and contributes to the team. If we see improvement or a strive to get better and participation you will become a full member. If we see a major improvement when you reapply you will most likey become a full member right away. So don't let this try knock you down. We are trying to see what you can do. Also work on a style of your own. The three tags you have posted are all a basic style... Try something new Mix it up a little. Give the tags your own personallity. Flawless needs Diversity in styles to succed in the team world today. The more styles you know and are good at the better. Why change teams so often?
First you joined Saints, then you wanted to make your own team, now you want to join flawless. Why would they hire you if you can't remain loyal to one team or commitment for a period?

Why would you like to join Flawless- I have been looking around here and there for a Gfx & Resource team for some time, but none sparked my interest. Then I seen Zeo~fg posting around on the site I am from AS and his releases sparked my interest.

What can you bring to Flawless- With 7 years of gfx experience I can bring allot. If it be helping others out with programs, to teaching them new things. Releasing high quality resources on a consistent base, I like to release packs and what not quite often.

I've been making some pretty good sigs lately and reading loads of tutorials to somehow find a master skill but i guess ive kinda mixed everything together and created a mixed style...style lol.
