Skills: I am neither a noob nor an excpertTeam's Goal: This team will be like a FAMILY! I want only the ones who will help the community and make it better... I want the ones who are intresting to donate for team competition and willing to help other members (answer to question, provide recources, complete requests)
What I want from the team's members: If you are an active member and you aggree with the team's goals you are welcome.

Is this wrong!? I read the rules and they say that I should make a thread here and recruit members when I have me and two other members or more I should make an application to create the team that I want. And if the application approve I will have my team.... So what am I doing wrong!?

I've been looking at the team formation rules and it does say Shadow7thKing can use this part of the forum to recruit the needed members to then be able to put an application forward.

before creating an offical team you must first gather some members. go to the team creation forum and make a topic there and it has to be approved by an admin

Well, here is the rules

" If you're a team and are looking to hire you must use the [WTH] prefix for your threads title. WTH stands for "Want To Hire" An example thread title may be:

[WTH] - Looking For 2 New Members"

What shadow is trying to say he is trying to gather his 2 more members and then he will apply for approval.. but again shadow u are missing a part that it said "IF YOU`RE A TEAM" means u can only hire people after u make a team.. so first try to recruit internally(maybe ur mates) .. and then apply for ur team.. as soon it gets approved then recruit other members for the group..

I guess my perception is right >_< if not, then nm....

What to start your own team?

First step is to know what you want to call the team and what the mission of the team is.

Secondly, instead of announcing the new team in the Team Creation forum, you must first recruit the required amount of members into your team- 3.

Post a [WTH] thread in the Team Recruiting forum to recruit your other 2 members, or Private Message/MSN members to organise your team and make sure you have at least 3 members.

If however, you fail to recruit at least 3 members in 2weeks, the [WTH] thread will be closed and you will not be able to try again for another 3 weeks.

Posting your Team Application

Once you have reached all the requirements for creating a new Team (you have a usergroup, you have a minimum of 3 members confirmed) you will then make a [APP] thread in the Team Creation forum.
