That's pretty decent, but I wanna point a few things out.

Your render isn't blended in and it's on an offset bg.

The noise animation kinda takes away from the christmasy theme.

The rapid jerky text isn't very easy to look at.

These are mistakes we ALL make, take a look at everyones first sigs and you'll see what I mean, with a few exceptions for the naturally gifted. Just have a cruise through the tut section, and have a go at some of the stuff there. You can make your sigs so much beter just by colour co-ordination or flowing text.
