I know you guys are probably tired of doing sigs about The Joker.
I apologize in advance for continuing to beat this dead horse.
I hereby request a Joker sig for use on the forum I am a Global Mod at.
Here are the details of my request.
What is the signature about?
The Joker from The Dark Knight
The size of the signature in pixels?
500x300 if possible
The image you want?

The colour combination you prefer?
Existing color combination is fine
The text you want on the signature?
Along the bottom starting from the left side text should read "str8jktmn Global Moderator" in the same font as "Why so serious?", but darker, maybe even a metallic color. "str8jktmn in the lower far left corner, Global Moderator about 2/3 of the way over, but not touching the Joker's face. I'd like for "Why so serious?" to be a little darker as well.
Whether you want it to be animated?
It can be animated. I'd love it if there were a way to reasonably fit the animation from this sig created by blackwolf in place of the nurse character in the lower left corner.

Anything we should avoid?
I'd rather the effects or colors elsewhere in the picture to be untouched, with the exception of the amendments stated above.
I'm sure the best and brightest here will take a shot at it, and for that I express my deepest gratitude in advance.
