i requested a tutorial of this liek 2 months ago and i didnt check it and now i cant find it cuz there is liek 100 pages and im not gonna find it since all the topic names r almost the same
anyways....
ok i use GIMP and first i open a cool backround then i open a picture as a layer. then i use that path tool and outline the picture that is on the layer
question: how 2 i cut it out and put it on the original backround
